Hi friends! My name is Kyrie and I'm a Customer Advocate here at HelpDocs and I just wanted to welcome you to the Knowledge Base Basics mini course. By the end of this course, you're going to have a good idea of what a Knowledge Base is. You'll learn how to choose the right Knowledge Base for you and how to provide an awesome customer experience using your Knowledge Base.

There's only six lessons in this mini course, so it'll be a quick one. Lesson one is going to go over the basics of what is a Knowledge Base. In lesson two we're going to dive into how does a Knowledge Base help. In lesson three, we're going to go over choosing the right Knowledge Base for you. In lesson four, we're going to talk about growing with your Knowledge Base.
